Western transfer analysis of fetal skin and adult epidermis with NF1GRP(D) antibody. Lane 1: cultured human keratinocytes (40 μg). Lanes 2–3: 12-week-old fetal skin (40 μg). Lanes 4–5: 13-week-old fetal skin (40 μg). Lane 6: 14-week-old fetal skin (40 μg). Lane 7: adult epidermis (80 μg). The analysis reveal typical 240 and 250 kDa bands representative of NF1 protein.
